Job Description
A company based in the UK, is seeking an experienced, results-driven, organised, and efficient Executive Assistant. Must reside in the Chandlers Ford and surrounding areas – Eastleigh, Romsey, North Baddesley, Bishopstoke. This person would oversee and support all administration duties in the office (Home Office Environment) and ensure that the office is operating smoothly for Fresh Cleans, a cleaning Company based in Reading. Part and parcel of the role is also the second part of the business - Life Long dogs (Licensed Breeder) - office duties for both, but there will be interaction with our well-behaved pedigree dogs. Will also be responsible for all PA duties as and when required by the Directors. The position will also include additional duties such as soft sales/account management, research, and recruitment. Must also have a love of animals and knowledge of dog behaviour/training would be an advantage/preferable. The working hours will be from 09h00 to 17h00. This role is based in the companies HQ office in Chandlers Ford and the cleaning arm of the business operates and services Reading customers and manages field cleaning staff remotely from HQ office.

Duties include the following, but not limited to:
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Assisting the Directors with all PA duties as required
- Manage office supplies and perform receptionist duties
- Ensure filling is up to date and that clerical functions are completed
- Handle customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Proven office administrative or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Excellent computer skills & knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Nursing or veterinary experience desirable
Salary: 45 000 (GBP) per annum, plus bonus and incentives
40 Days paid holiday annually (including bank holidays and extended festive period shutdown)
