This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end contract loading process for the worldwide transfers of products.
You will be working in a hybrid model, reporting directly to your manager in Palma. You will also be in ongoing remote communication with our management and commercial team, mostly, based in Brighton.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Managing the end-to-end process supplier contract loading process and associated checks (content, availability, rates, etc)

Effectively managing day-to-day tasks/responsibilities to ensure excellent service provided to relevant departments.
- Working closely with our Operations team to reduce the risk/impact of issues on our customers. (e.g. content modifications, booking migrations, check missing info, …)
- Proactively build strong relationships with sourcing. Working closely to ensure availability and correct product information/display.
- Reporting daily tasks using Salesforce and other internal tools/systems.
- Contribute to the effective overall flow of the business by providing operational support to other departments, such as sourcing, sales, pricing-revenue, and audit team.
Skills needed:
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar role or in related business
- Team spirit
- Interpersonal skills with high-quality written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or B2B/B2C tourism
- Fluent English written and verbal is a must, other languages are a plus.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
