Whiskey & Wealth Club is growing at a rapid rate; we recently opened an office in Sydney, Australia and will soon be opening an office in the US.

The successful Office Manager’s duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the administration team and wider office
- Executing administrative workflows, processes and procedures, looking for ways to continuously improve and drive efficiency
- First point of contact for the sale team
- Supporting the sales team
- Extensive diary management and scheduling for senior-level meetings
- Coordinating international and domestic travel itineraries and organizing travel arrangements as required, including trains, flights, hotel bookings, car hire, parking, currencies etc
- Liaising with suppliers and vendors regarding orders, invoices and deliveries
- Providing targeted support for ad hoc projects
- Data entry and maintaining trackers for documents and resources
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and have a high sense of urgency
- Fluently professional verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude and a conscientious work ethic
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic and, at times, challenging but rewarding work environment
- Creative problem-solving skills and a "can do" attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office and Google Docs
- Ability to work to a varied schedule based on the needs of the people and business operations you support
- Using CRM and reporting information - running reports

Salary: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
