We have an exciting position available for a candidate with an analytical mind, problem solving skills and an interest in investigating Theft and Fraud.
CW Audit Solutions specialise in investigating internal theft and fraud in our customers businesses. We support the retail and catering sector by investigating issues across a number of well-known high street brands, and our role is crucial in protecting our customers businesses and helping to improve processes and compliance.
This role consists of analysing transactional data, investigating CCTV, capturing evidence and building detailed written reports which may be used for investigation interviews. Various other administrative tasks are also required including written and telephone communication with our clients.
This is an interesting and challenging role and is ideal for anyone interested in the investigation process. We are looking to recruit on varying levels of experience and offer the opportunity to train and develop into this rewarding role.
We are a growing company offering various routes of development, including progression to conducting Mystery Shops and trained Investigative Interviews. As we safeguard stores nationwide; there is also the opportunity to carry out On-site Store Audits across the country; offering a balance between office and in-store work.
Experience in retail is advantageous for this position; specifically cash handling and stock duties. This role is ideal for anyone looking to progress out of the retail sector but can utilise their experience to spotlight operational concerns.

Full on the job training will be provided with the opportunity to work within a friendly supportive team.
Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Viewing CCTV to Investigate issues
- Findings to be evidenced and documented accurately
- Administrative duties including the securing and filing of evidence
- Written and telephone communication with clients
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Self-motivated, hardworking, enthusiastic and a willingness to learn
- GCSE level qualifications including good passes in English and Maths
- Willing to work as part of a small supportive team
- DBS check will be required along with standard vetting
Desirable:
- Costa Coffee/ KFC or similar experience beneficial or experience of working in the retail/ catering sector, particularly in a cash management role and/ or use of EPOS systems

As the office location is in a village location within easy commutable distance by car from Milton Keynes or Northampton areas (with no regular public transport links), the applicant must have the means to travel using their own transport.
