Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a receptionist to join our exciting team who will:
Check in and checkout guests and groups effectively.
Maximise room sales and to promote food and beverage facilities.
Provide information to guests on all hotel products and services.
Carry out cash handling, balancing floats.
Answer telephone enquiries and take messages.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a receptionist, preferably in a hotel. You will be organised, punctual, flexible, and well-presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service.
