Job Description
Supporting 6 ladies: You will be responsible for assisting 6 individuals in developing their independent living skills, managing their mental health needs, engaging in activities and interests, and promoting a positive person-centred approach to care.

Personal development: You will be encouraged and supported in developing your own skills and education. The company offers fully funded courses starting from Health and Social Care Level 2 and progressing up to management Level 5.
