Job Description
Are you an experienced Administrator who is available immediately to start a new contract in Preston? I am currently working with a fantastic business who are looking for your support for a period of 6 month, this may be extended. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for underpinning the finance team, supporting with invoicing, general enquires, reporting and more. It’s a varied role and will suit someone who is flexible in their approach. Training will be provided.
Duties will include:
- Managing rent bills and ensuring they are processed in a timely manor
- Processing utility bills using the online bespoke system
- Setting up new suppliers, checking credit limits
- Supporting with invoice processing when required
- Producing reports for the board
- Speaking to tenants and following up on enquiries
- Assisting with reception cover when required
Your Profile:
- At least one years’ experience working within an Administration/ Accounts department
- Confident telephone manor, able to resolve queries
- Competent using online systems and Microsoft Excel
- Flexible in your approach to your work and happy to assist the teams where required
- Approachable, happy to work within a larger team
In return:
You will be working Monday to Friday, 8.30-5pm. £22,000 pa, paid on an hourly rate basis. Weekly pay. 22 days holiday + bank holidays (Pro-rata). Free parking, staff discounts and more. Training and guidance will be provided and you will be joining a supportive team.
