Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join Salford Integrated Community Stroke and Neuro Rehab Team
The team is an integrated multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Psychologists, Speech therapists, Dieticians, Social Work, Therapy Technician / Senior Therapy Assistants and an expert team of Administrative support.
The work is varied and you will manage and prioritise your own caseload under the guidance of the registered practitioners to provide high quality support for the therapists and assist with the rehabilitation of patients working directly with the different professions.
Manage own waiting lists with the support of the Assistant Practitioners and other support workforce
Manage own caseload under the direction of the registered practitioners
Undertake administrative duties as required
Contribute to service development projects
Use own car to visit patients in own home or other location e.g. clinic (travel expenses reimbursed)
Able to proficiently use Salford IT systems for patient records, data inputting, letters (training given) in a timely way
Excellent time management skills
Excellent listening and communication skills
