About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Brand Marketing Officer to join the Student Recruitment Marketing department and is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to work within a busy marketing team, utilising their skills in brand and campaign management to provide an excellent level of service to departments across the University.
Working closely with the Senior Brand and Campaigns Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop you branding and campaign management skills and build you experience of customer focused marketing.

About You
You will be educated to degree level or have substantial relevant experience; specifically experience of managing and coordinating complex projects from start to finish and the skills to interpret briefs from a variety of sources. Experience of managing a service to customers including planning and prioritising work is key to this role and you should have the ability to pay attention to detail, with excellent written and oral communication skills. You will also have the skills to collate and present reports to brief stakeholders on activity.
As this is a role within the Student Recruitment Marketing team, you will also have experience of maintaining brand standards and managing brand assets and resources.
As Brand Marketing Officer you will:
- Be liaising with departments across the University on requests for Marketing support. This will include meeting with department representations to understand their requirements, briefing the relevant members of the Brand and Campaigns on the request and managing the completion of the project.
- Have responsibility for managing the Online Brand Centre (our marketing asset management system), acting as the lead contact for the supplier and working in partnership with departments across the Institution and Creative colleagues to facilitate self-serve branded templates and resources.
- Manage the workflow and processes within the Brand and Campaigns team in order to coordinate projects, utilising our online project and workflow management system.
