Operations Coordinator | Homeworker | Permanent

Salary: £25,000

Hours: 40 Hours

Shifts: Monday- Friday, 10:00am-19:00pm

CitySprint have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator- Pharmacy & Logistics to undertake the day-to-day support of key/complex Citysprint contracts, providing the highest level of customer service and support to ensure that all tasks are performed in line with Customer and Business specific SLA’s. Working with all multiple colleagues across the business and building professional relationships with clients and suppliers.

You will be reporting into the Supervisor- Pharmacy & Logistics

Roles & Responsibilities of an Operations Coordinator:

  • Confidently deal with all incoming customer calls quickly, courteously, and efficiently.
  • Action all emails received into the Pharmacy Team.
  • Make bookings accurately, advising clients of options to suit their requirements.
  • Complete client bookings using CitySprint’s booking platforms
  • Proactively keep clients informed of delays or issues as advised using the clients tracking sheet where applicable.
  • Proactive use of Salesforce including updating client details entering cases and logging calls
  • Deal with Service issues promptly as they arise
  • Liaise with staff at all CitySprint service centres across the business as necessary.
  • Monitor SLA performance to ensure targets are bring met
  • Highlight and investigate and raise areas of concern to Pharmacy supervisor/manager
  • Attend conference calls as required by the Manager/client and feedback any relevant action points to the business
  • Courier queries are dealt with effectively and promptly
  • Adherence to CitySprint’ s Quality and Environmental Management ISO Systems.

Skills needed for an Operations Coordinator:

  • Recognises that by the nature of our business, we may at times carry information or items that are highly sensitive and confidential and acknowledges and respects this
  • High Levels of Punctuality and attendance
  • Ability to reprioritise tasks/ workload in line with changing business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Works well as part of a team, is objective and be open-minded towards the ideas and views of others, gives as well as welcomes feedback, contributes to building team spirit, aids others to succeed.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
