OUR STORY
We opened our first restaurant in New Oxford Street, London, in 2000. Since then, we’ve become one of the most well-known and loved Italian dining restaurants on the high street. We’re all about bringing people together to enjoy delicious Italian classics, in beautiful settings – whatever the occasion.

THE ROLE
As a Kitchen Assistant you will:

Help our chef team by preparing basic dishes

Help your Head Chef during service

Make sure the kitchen is always ready for service

Play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of becoming the UK’s favourite Italian

Ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to return
We love drive and enthusiasm. If you’re hoping to become a chef one day, this role is the perfect starting point.
THE LOCATION
Our Crawley restaurant is on the high street in the centre of the town, and close to the train station. Inside, we’ve created a spacious dining space with mirrors, a muted colour scheme and striking brick walls & chandelier lighting. In the summer, our tables spill out onto the pavement so you can tuck into a plate of pasta whilst enjoying the sunshine.
