We are representing a growing exhibition agency who work with a wide range of international clients at events across the globe. Our focus is on high-quality creativity and innovation, and we have an outstanding industry reputation. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Exhibition Project Manager to join their team.
You will be responsible for managing exhibition stands from start to finish, from the initial brief through to on-site delivery.
Project manage exhibition stands from start to finish, from the initial brief through to on-site delivery. Act as the sole point of contact for clients and suppliers, handling all logistical elements. Manage budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Liaise with internal design and production teams to ensure all elements of the project are delivered to a high standard. Conduct site visits and liaise with venue staff to ensure smooth on-site delivery. Manage post-event evaluation and feedback.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of delivering successful exhibition projects. Experience working with international clients and suppliers.
Willingness to travel in the UK and overseas.
