Job Description Key Responsibilities Collecting, analysing and presenting data on the City of London office market. Writing market reports and carrying out analyses of the data for individuals throughout Savills and for our clients. Preparing data and comment for the press The individual will also support the day to day business of the research department and the City office leasing and investment teams. Liaise with research colleagues, CLI business, Marketing and PR teams to report on market trends and drivers. Key Skills The role would suit a recent graduate, or a school leaver with some relevant work experience. Previous experience in commercial property research would be welcome, but is not essential. IT literate with a proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills, ability to present and communicate information and analysis in a professional, logical and engaging way. Self-motivated with an ability to work independently. Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks as well as work on a diverse range of ongoing projects. Strong attention to detail Team Overview The Commercial Research team includes 22 members from Analyst to Director level covering the UK and European commercial property market. The teams covers the London & Regional Offices, Retail, leisure and Logistics sectors and work primarily focuses on providing research and consultancy on commercial property sector to both internal and external clients. External clients include institutional investors, private investors, occupiers and developers. The team provides bespoke analysis, commentary and forecasting. The team writes leading research publications, these provide our clients with market intelligence and insightful analysis. They often feature in national newspapers, such as the Financial Times, The Times and The Telegraph.
