Who are we?
The Ambien Group is made up of; London Audio Visual, Silvertown Studios, Ambien Pro, Ambien360 and Virtual.Productions. We work with some of the world's largest brands, delivering LED screens, event/exhibition technology and services that match our clients requirements.
We also work within the Film & TV Industry, with our own state of the art independent film studios (Silvertown Studios). We also work at other well known film studios across the UK. We are a leading supplier of Virtual Production Studios with very high specification LED Video Wall technology.
For our rental stock of LED and event Technology we work across a multitude of other sectors including live events, broadcast & retail.
We have a reputation for being extremely professional, efficient and uphold high standards throughout all of our client's projects.
The Ambien Group is a small family working together and we are looking for a skilled, creative photographer/videographer to join our family! The successful candidate will work well with the rest of our team and remain courteous with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Film & create inspirational, informative and engaging content in both video and photo form
- Suggest dynamic photo, video and marketing ideas that will improve and promote our company
- Liaise closely with the Marketing department - regular communication with the team to check in what is required for upcoming events
Requirements:
- Understanding of and experience with social media and other online media advertising tools - content creation for all social media platforms
- Experience in and proficient knowledge of marketing and branding
- Prior experience and a proven track record of premium quality work
- Long-Form & Short-Form video (vlogs, social reels, ads, website etc.)
- Passionate about relaying our brand message and story through images and video
- Must be flexible and able to travel to locations as well as work on site
- Adapt to shoot circumstances as they change and create the most compelling and engaging assets possible from each assignment
- Self-sufficient and able to take on a specific brief capturing what is required
- Ability to meet deadlines and fast turn-around of edited photos and video footage where necessary
- A creative mind with an eye for detail
- Solid experience of editing software - images and video
- Must have experience with professional photo and video editing equipment/tools
- Needs the skill set to tackle multiple projects at once on various platforms
- Strong communication skills and highly organised
- Ability to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a strong team member
- Understanding of which equipment (e.g lens type) will be best suited for each event shoot
- Good listening skills and ability to take constructive feedback on board and make changes where necessary
- Arrange permits/registration if necessary for events
- Understand the goals of the brief and the product/service our Companies offer - this will require learning specifications of products we deal with and ensuring they are the focus of images and videos
- Be highly motivated
- Have a positive, happy and creative attitude
- Be professional and respectful with clients
