Job Description
We are looking for a flexible cleaning operative / check in host for zone 1 and 2 in London
The role involves cleaning apartments after guests check out, ensuring that they are ready for the next guest to check in. Checking guests into the apartments on holiday cover.
Your primary responsibilities will include (though will not be limited to):
CREATE AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE FOR OUR GUESTS
- You're the reason our guests walk in to an amazing, well cleaned apartment to stay in.
- You may be required to check guests in to apartments and answer general guest enquiries about the space in the absence of the facilities manager.
- Monitor supplies, cleaning equipment and guest amenities.
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
You will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of our luxury apartments to ensure that it meets the highest possible standards.
- Ensure that all apartments are fully cleaned to the highest standards before guests check in
- Report directly to the facilities manager any maintenance issues in any apartments
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- It's all about having a positive attitude and we are looking for someone who enjoys being helpful to others;
- Passion for hospitality – you’re all about creating memorable experiences for others, be they guests or colleagues
- Attention to detail – cleaning will be a daily task and we need someone who takes pride in cleaning tasks and ensuring nothing gets missed.
COMPENSATION DETAILS
There will be payment of between £15 per hour for cleaning. Check ins are paid at £20 per check in
Casual hours
Cleaning– usual hours will be between 10:00 and 15:00 weekdays and weekends depending on business needs for cleaning own cleaning supplies needed
Check ins are between 15:00 and 20:00. additional rate of pay for check in outside of these times.
