What you’ll do
Healthcare systems across the UK are under pressure from ageing populations and scarce resources, and digitalisation presents an opportunity for structural change. Spurred on by the Covid pandemic, national governments and the EU are planning to spend tens of billions of euros on digital health initiatives in the next five years. This presents Vodafone Business with the opportunity to generate substantial incremental revenue growth and contribute to Vodafone’s Digital Society ambitions by improving citizens’ access to, and outcomes from, healthcare.
Vodafone in Health has been created as a unique sector vertical, across the public and private healthcare sectors, recognising the potential to accelerate Vodafone’s propositions into health, building on the Vodafone Centre for Health with Deloitte ambitions to combine Vodafone’s leading portfolio of connectivity services with Deloitte’s global healthcare consulting and delivery expertise to deliver solutions to fulfil that ambition.
The Scotland, Northern Ireland and North of England region broadly covers Scotland, NI and 2 of the 7 NHS Regions in England and the corresponding ICSs and Trusts.
The purpose of the role is to develop and grow the regionally assigned base of contracts, predominantly within the North West NHS Regions, plus a mix of national, private and charity organisations. An exciting opportunity with some high potential accounts to deliver and exceed annual sales targets, through the development and implementation of account strategies to drive upsell and cross sell the Vodafone portfolio.
