Content and digital operations is the combined foundation of people, process, and technology that allows our marketing team to effectively and efficiently maintain its content lifecycle from start to finish, in addition to ensuring digital maintenance and delivery to our websites.
As a Marketing Operations Manager you will play a critical function within our marketing team. By leveraging data, insight, and technology, you will drive performance and sustainable growth for and with the wider marketing team.
A part of your role is to ensure content and digital campaigns are published on a timely and accurate basis, tracking and driving assets through the end-to-end content delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities:

Identify, design, document and deliver scalable processes that enable the marketing team to be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment within the department.

Managing web maintenance activities for our websites

Developing a content project life cycle in partnership with investment writers, channel marketing and creative marketing.

Oversee day-to-day content needs of stakeholders including versioning for various channels.

Oversee the creation of content scopes and guidelines for Investment Writers

Publish content based on the agreed project calendar

Use internal tools to ingest content and ensure key deadlines are met

Troubleshoot issues with delivery of content with both internal and external partners

Proactively develop internal documentation and material

Assist in improving operational workflows by identifying challenges and offering solutions

Develop a clear KPI and measurement process in partnership with Channel, Content and Creative.
Key Skills & Experience:
-
At least 5-7 years’ experience within Marketing Operations or project management
-
Solid understanding of digital channels and touchpoints and web processes alongside knowledge of CMS tools (preferably Drupal 9)

Asset management experience would be a distinct advantage

Educated to degree standard preferable, but not essential
-
Previous experience working within an Editorial, Publishing or Marketing team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
