Auckland Estates is an independent estate agency that has been operating in the Potters Bar and surrounding areas since 1983. We are currently seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator/Estate Agent to join our team and help us deliver excellent customer service to our clients.
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator/Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the residential property sector. You will work closely with experienced sales negotiators and receive comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients: You will assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and budgets to help them find their dream home.
- Conducting property viewings: You will have the opportunity to show clients around properties, highlighting their features and benefits. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential to showcase properties in the best possible light.
- Assisting in negotiating offers: You will support the team in negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring that transactions progress smoothly. Your role will involve developing strong negotiation and communication skills to secure the best possible deals for clients.
- Providing excellent customer service: You will contribute to providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process. This will involve keeping them informed of progress, answering their queries, and providing them with timely and accurate information.
- Contributing to sales targets: You will actively contribute to achieving sales targets and play a role in the overall success of the company. Your motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and proactive approach in identifying new opportunities and closing deals will be key to your success.
- Staying up-to-date with the local property market: You will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the local property market in Potters Bar and the surrounding areas. Keeping up-to-date with developments, trends, and changes in the market will enable you to provide clients with the best possible advice and guidance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A basic understanding of the residential property sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of the local property market in Potters Bar and the surrounding areas
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
In return, we offer a competitive basic salary of £20,000 per year, with the potential to earn unlimited monthly commissions based on your performance. This is a full-time, permanent position, and you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
