Being A Chef at Campanile Hotel Glasgow

As a Chef you will be involved in duties such as:
- Order product - Prepare the order, Place the order
- Register stock in & out
- Manage food stock
- Participate in the opening and closing of the department
- Ensure food hygiene compliance
- Prepare and deliver food order
- Organise and maintain buffet
- Organise cleaning during service
- Clean the kitchen area
-Knowledge and Skills required:
Training
- Prior chef training
Experience
- Prior experience (2 years) in a branded environment as a chef
Expertise
(job-knowledge, technical skills)
- Intermediate food hygiene HACCP
- Knowledge of health & safety procedures
- Good knowledge of ingredients & cooking methods
- Understanding of menu costing
- Ability to understand & follow guidelines
-Food Level 2
- Knowledge of food allergens
