What does your typical day look like?
You will be overseeing HR topics, and ensuring a value -added support to the managed function, to meet business objectives. Acts as the main focal point of business HR processes and procedures , by working with specialist functions for its own processes and ensuring the overall governance. Defines the strategy to create a safe working environment and to ensure an adequate level of productivity and employee engagement , and at the same time maintain a strong control on OVH costs . Ensures the proper execution of all the business hiring related activities , the management , development and training of resources, according to department needs, HR department and FBC UK . this role is accountable for execution of employee relations processes and advise/supports the management when necessary with relation to commercial functions.
Other key actions will be but not limited to:

Work closely with assigned functions to build a strong understanding of the supporting functions business and influence their achievement by supporting the people strategy

Draw up workforce planning and its implementation , giving insight on appropriate time frames, targeted profiles , and any other relevant Hr related issues in partnership

Advise and support managers within assigned functions in the resolution of employee relations activities

Identify learning and development needs in the functions in-scope to drive and improve business performance

Reviews and evaluates the effectiveness of the organisational structures with respect to the OVH targets

Ensure that changes are properly communicated and understood , according to Group guidelines
What are the key ingredients needed for the role?

Proven experience in a human resources role in a FMCG setting

Previous experience in working with a global, fast moving , commercially focused environment

Ability to work strategically and operationally

Experience working on initiatives to retain top talent
