Role: Renewable Energy - Sales Specialist

Salary: £30,000 + Commission’s + Monthly Bonus

Location: Canary Wharf

Hours: Full time: Monday – Thursday 9am – 6.30pm, Friday 9am- 5:00pm Saturday (10 am – 3.30pm) one on and off – (2 per month)

The position for renewable sales specialists will be answering inbound calls and calling hot leads only from our CRM system from customers wanting quotes / designs about solar systems for Residential and Commercial customers.

You will be able to sell and upsell our services, have the ability to soak up all the services we provide and pricing in order to provide an in-detail quote to clients.

Responsibilities:

· Answering inbound calls, emails and building rapport with the customers and businesses through our CRM system. No Cold calling!

· Maximise sales opportunities including up-selling.

· Identify and respond to the needs of customers.

· Respond quickly to changing priorities and achieve tasks quickly and efficiently

· Ability to manage your own pipeline/lead database

· Keen to learn your product in depth, and understand the services we provide and how to advise customers through our in-house comprehensive training programme.

· Exceeding our customers’ expectations with every call and educating our customers by brining enthusiasm and passion in every conversation you have.

· Go above and beyond for customers.

· Taking Payments.

Qualifications and requirements

To be successful in this role you will have

· Attention to detail.

· Ability to manage a fast-paced workload.

· Exceptional telephone manner essential.

The right candidate has the opportunity to grow within the company fast and be promoted to team leader and or sales manager.
