Your New Role…
As a Senior Producer at TT Games you will be a key member of the Production group on a AAA multi-platform console game. Reporting to a Production Director, you will have responsibility for scheduling, organising, and tracking work for one or more Feature Teams in a project. You will identify and deal with issues and risks, lead team meetings, and supervise the work of junior Production staff.
Working within a multidisciplinary development team, you will be analytical and rigorous; a clear communicator, and an excellent listener.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Working with the project Leads and Directors to define, scope, plan and prioritise work in support of the project’s goals
Building long-term and short-term plans for the work of your assigned teams, while adapting to change, to help them deliver milestone work on time to the required quality
Being responsible for the resolution, prioritisation and maintenance of tasks/ tickets within the project’s Jira database
Facilitating development meetings, ensuring outcomes and tasks are documented, and schedules are updated
Monitoring and identifying areas of risk in the project, devising solutions and contingencies as required, and evaluating cross-team dependencies to identify and deal with areas of concern
Motivating and encouraging contributors to make sure that they have what they need, and that high quality work and effort is celebrated and rewarded
Managing direct reports to deliver exceptional work in a positive, constructive and enjoyable environment
Qualifications & Experience…
Extensive Production leadership roles, in the games industry, on console projects at scale
Experience owning the production of features/content, from concept to delivery
Willingness to take initiative and responsibility to ensure the quality of the game is not compromised
Experience in handling multiple tasks, risk analysis and management within the team.
Experience working to produce a complex game, with responsibility for scheduling developers work and managing project risks
Experience working to facilitate project management meetings – driving for alignment and clarity in outcomes with stakeholders
Experience working to identify and improve development processes, using data to measure efficacy of results
A self-starter who is highly organized and proactive, with excellent time management, planning, and communication skills
Extensive knowledge of production methodologies industry best practices
Extensive knowledge of industry-standard software (Jira, Perforce, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Highly organised and proactive, with excellent communication skills.
Practical and methodical approach to problem solving.
