Our National Sales Desk has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual to be an integral part of the team, to utilise and develop their specialist agricultural knowledge whilst providing solutions to our farming partners.
The Opportunity
Interacting with the agricultural community and providing solutions to enquiries, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and strengthening relationships with our customers by efficiently and confidently recommending agricultural products in Wynnstay’s portfolio
- Identifying new business opportunities for Wynnstay while maintaining your existing customer base
- Maintaining constructive relationships with other key sales channels within the business
- Contributing to achieving or exceeding team targets relating to calls, sales, volumes, and margins
- Participating in all appropriate training and development activities
The Person
The successful candidate will be:
- Familiar with the agricultural community with agricultural product knowledge being advantageous
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive, motivated and enthusiastic
- Experienced in or understands Sales/Telesales (full training will be provided)
- Customer focused
- Able to thrive in a targeted, fast paced environment
- Experienced with IT systems with strong numeracy and literacy skills
