Job Introduction
Repton Enterprise are seeking an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our dynamic Events team. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals eager to develop their career in the events sector alongside a friendly team and exceptional facilities.
As the Events Coordinator you will be the lead point of contact for enterprise event enquiries including but not limited to weddings, conferences, residential courses, and day lets. As part of this role, it will be essential to communicate and deliver successful events. This will require liaising with other departments, stakeholders, and organisations to ensure a seamless event and delivery of excellent customer service. You will operate and maintain a system of quality control that can be used for all events and lettings hosted on site.

First-class customer service skills and event operational experience is essential. Whilst previous experience of working in an education environment is advantageous, we welcome applications from candidates from all industries.

About Repton School
Repton School, founded in 1557, is a leading co-educational School situated in the historic village of Repton. Five miles from Burton upon Trent and eight miles from Derby, Repton lies in the very centre of England. Location: Repton School
Responsible to: Events and Lettings Manager
Contract Type: Permanent, all year round
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, full time.
Salary: Between £26,000-28,000 salary band. Starting salary will be dependent upon experience.
Benefits: Employer Pension Scheme, free membership of Repton Sports Centre. 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays and the Christmas closedown (5 days).
