Salary: £30,000 Basic + £20,000 Uncapped Commission Y1

We were founded by Elaine Tyler who was a consistent top performer at her previous company before being assigned to the board aged only 28. Our investors are some of the most notorious recruitment professionals in the world and include James Caan CBE (Previous Dragon on Dragon’s Den), Doug Bugie (Humana- Founder), Abid Hamid (Ex-S3), Tom Lovell (Ex-Reed Global Managing Director). All have extensive knowledge of scaling global recruitment business and are essentially the advisors to Venatrix as we grow.

Whether it’s an eye-catching LinkedIn post or a thought-provoking meeting with you to help prepare a candidate for interview, our interactions shape the decisions people make in the early stages of their career.
This can set them on the path to a 6-figure salary within 3-5 years, be well trained within a company and ultimately help them to achieve their personal and professional goals! We have a 4.6 /5 rating on glass door due to the amount of support and guidance we offer our candidates through our entire process.
Teamwork sits at the heart of what we do as no project can be delivered for our client by any individual. We have a collaborative approach with everyone working together for the team to succeed. This creates lots of opportunity for learning from your colleagues. We have a very open, transparent & flat structure when it comes to being heard & team communication.

Not only will you receive detailed 2 week onboarding program delivered by our Head of Delivery & some of the highest performers in the business, but you will also receive;

Earnings & progression
We reward top performers with an accelerated commission scheme, which means the more success you have, the more you earn as a percentage of you contribution. Our commission scheme allows individuals in their first year to earn exceptional money. Someone in their first 9 months with Venatrix earnt £35,661 in commission and the highest commission cheque paid for 1 month’s work is £21,579.
We have a very transparent progression structure. Everyone is given a copy of it in their first week and knows exactly what they need to achieve to have more responsibility & earning potential within the business. Depending on how quickly you scale the structure, your performance and eligibility for a promotion will be reviewed on 3- 6 month basis.
At Venatrix we want to help you to realise your financial aspirations. Independent home ownership inside London’s zone 1-3 is a highly unrealistic prospect for many people but through working at Venatrix multiple of our team members have managed this achievement. That’s real talk & very impressive.
A bit about the team
We have x2 team days per week where everyone visits the office to spend time together/ meet clients/ attend training sessions & collaborate. The rest of the time you are welcome in the office or can work from home if you wish. We also have an annual 2 week “work from anywhere” policy to provide further flexibility to our team.
In the last year we have….completed a Tough Mudder, dined at Daffodil Mulligan in Shoreditch, visited the rooftop overlooking St Pauls at Madison’s for a team dinner, enjoyed a spa day at Lifehouse Hotel & Spa, dined our clients at Sushi Samba, had drinks with our candidates in Soho, helped to run multiple in person networking events for our candidates with pizza and beer and attended the Recruitment Entrepreneur black tie awards dinner.
