Main purpose of job:
Drives all aspects of the project life cycle from design to delivery. Working with the designers, takes the project from design, manages through assembly and delivers to shipping, tracking progress, identifying potential challenges that can increase costs or cause delay, to ensure the product is delivered to the customer on time, within budget and to the client’s requirements. Thereby ensuring the highest customer satisfaction ratings and budgeted revenue and profit.
Main duties
1. Map current operational processes from design to delivery.
2. Redesign operational processes to ensure schedule, cost, quality targets and client expectations are met or exceeded.
3. Manage all projects, whether operational or non-operational to meet quality, cost, delivery targets and client’s requirements.
4. Monitoring and reporting progress, risks and issues on all projects, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
5. Taking timely action to mitigate risks to prevent delays and budgetary constraints.
6. Managing sub-contractors so that they meet their contractual obligations.
7. Galvanising internal staff in design and production, ensuring timely communications.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
