Partner with the best
You will support the Procurement Lead executing Procurement Priorities in line with business goals and initiatives controlling the whole supply cycle (request for quote, negotiation, PO placement and order fulfilment).
As a Procurement Specialist you will be responsible for:

Negotiating best cost & delivery, with suppliers; place and follow up on PO’s for assigned commodities.

Co-ordinating all pre and post production documentation requirements.

Managing effective working relationships with suppliers for PO execution.

Managing order progression working with Planning on any schedule changes to ensure on time delivery.

Updating ERP to ensure accurate planning.
-
Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting.

Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects.

Managing the wing-to-wing procurement activities for assigned commodities. Applying sourcing policy, interfacing between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets.
