Snows Lexus is looking for a customer-centric, focused Customer Handover Specialist to work in our showroom in Exeter. You will help provide a seamless journey that is defined and led by the customer. Through this excellent customer experience, customers will keep coming back to us while spreading the good news about their experience. Our approach ensures that we meet their needs, from the purchase of a new or used vehicle or through the life of the vehicle’s requirements.

Your day

As a Customer Handover Specialist, you are key to the team’s success in delivering a fantastic handover experience for our customer.

You day will include:

  • Provide the highest level of customer care and satisfaction, giving the customer the best possible handover experience when they collect their car
  • Carry out thorough planning and communication with the Sales Consultant in advance of the handover, to ensure a seamless experience
  • Provide accurate information for our customers, including timely communications leading up to their vehicle delivery
  • Deliver a tailored handover experience for each customer, including a full introduction to the specifications and controls available within their vehicle
  • Support the customer with signing up for relevant apps and other technology
  • Educate and inspire our customers by answering their questions
  • Maintain a dialogue with the customer that is appropriate to them, always ensuring a personal service. Your communication is key, and listening to customers helps you to build rapport and fully understand their requirements
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge to ensure you can fully support the customer
  • Work with colleagues and other teams across the Centre to provide continuous improvement to processes

  • Valid driving licence.

Hours of work:

Tuesday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00 (with 1 hour for lunch)

Saturday 08:30 - 17:00
