The Opportunity
You will be joining our graduate class of 2023-2025. You will undertake an exciting learning journey to start a career in the housing sector. Our new graduate intake will follow a 2-year structured programme designed to provide the skills, experience, and knowledge needed to develop their career.
You will work on real projects, and carry out real work, with the support of experienced professionals. Developing your skills and building your professional network.

What will you be doing?
As an Asset Graduate Trainee, you will be learning about how asset management is delivered in a modern forward-thinking organisation, and making real contributions to advancing and developing the organisations culture. You will have the opportunity to work on new and varied projects and be involved in our evolving asset management strategy.
You will gain the core skills and knowledge to provide advice and guidance including surveying and inspecting properties, as well as dealing with reactive situations as the need arises.
This is a fantastic opportunity for some who really wants to make a difference and have exposure to the Wales & West Housing Group, as you will be working closely with several different departments including contracts, compliance and Cambria Maintenance Services who undertake our service delivery and repairs.
If you are passionate about helping people, were looking for someone with a desire to learn about Asset Management to make a real difference to lives, homes and communities within Wales. You will need to work well independently managing your own workload as well as part of the wider team supporting current and future residents.
