What You'll Do
The Graphic Designer will join our Entertainment Creative team, reporting to the VP, Creative Director– Entertainment & Media located in our NYC headquarters and SVP Marketing – Entertainment EMEA in London. A part of the Authentic Entertainment division, this collaborative, hands-on team leads the creation of compelling brand storytelling and creative development for the Authentic Living Legends, Media, Icons, and Fine Art portfolios, responsible for everything from new business, partner, and category pitches to handling all of the day-to-day creative needs including basic video editing, graphics and logos, and photo editing for brands such as David Beckham, Shaquille O'Neal, Sports Illustrated, Elvis Presley, Iconic Images, and more.
What you'll be working on
Graphic Designer:
- Conceptualize and create tailored, brand-right pitches and presentations including mockups, infographics, showcasing strong layout and typography abilities
- Translate and adapt existing brand guidelines to support overall business needs with creative for product development, brand extensions, POP, signage, and more
- Develop logos, branding, and packaging as well as associated guidelines
- Assist in the development of event graphics & collateral
- Develop a deep understanding of the brands and how to convey their voices and personality across mediums
- Ensure consistency of communications across all creative touchpoints and adherence to brand standards throughout the creative process
- Basic video editing and production for social media and pitching purposes to enhance brand storytelling by combining raw footage with voice-over dialogue, sound effects music, graphics, and simple animations
Must Haves
- 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer; Previous work experience with video editing
- Strong design and editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite with focus on InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects; Experience using Final Cut Pro, Avid, Lightworks or photo retouching experience a plus
- Experienced in creative problem solving, innovative visual storytelling, and working strategically across disciplines
- Comfortability in fast-paced, nimble environment
- Must be able to set priorities and multi-task
- Must have portfolio to submit for review
