As we continue to grow at a fast pace, we are on the lookout for an internal recruiter to come join us and support with recruitment. As Internal recruiter you will report into the Recruitment Manager, assisting with the end-to-end cycle of recruitment.
You will be able to work autonomously and to ensure that the messaging about the business and the perception of the company as an employer is consistent and in line with our growth strategy.
No experience required as full training will be provided, this is a good opportunity for someone wanting to get into recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the offer management and onboarding process
- Managing candidates right through the recruitment process from initial conversations to informing unsuccessful candidates
- Screening Candidates and shortlisting suitable candidates to the Hiring Manager
- Coordinating interviews and managing feedback from the Hiring Manager to the candidate
- Assisting with interview notes
- Ensuring our recruitment process matches with the brand and culture of our business
