Qualifications

Significant experience in an Established/Garment Technologist role
-
Passionate about the role and driving high standards of quality and fit within your department(s)

Expert knowledge of pattern cutting and grading
-
Significate experience of working within a high street retailer and/or supplier / manufacturer
-
Adapt to and drive change and take the initiative
-
Strong communication and networking skills across all levels and stakeholders
-
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships across the business and with suppliers
-
Reliable, flexible, and good at leading a fast-paced team
-
Good working knowledge of MS Office
-
Strong leadership, organisational and prioritisation skills
