The role of System and Standards Support Manager is a critical position responsible for managing the Resource Planning and Delivery Systems. The successful candidate will be part of a team of professionals responsible for ongoing development, maintenance, and support of IT systems to ensure they are secure, reliable, and compliant. They will also be a key interface between internal and external service departments, providing support for legacy systems while actively contributing to the company's IT strategy. The role involves leading the development, deployment, security, and stability of resource systems while contributing to organisational policy regarding quality standards and strategic planning.

Qualifications / Experience
The ideal candidate for the role of System and Standards Manager should possess a combination of strong leadership, technical, and interpersonal skills, along with relevant qualifications and experience in IT management. They should have a proven track record in delivering IT projects on time and within budget while managing compliance with regulations and industry standards. They should have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines are also essential. The candidate should be proficient in project management, analytical skills, and an understanding/experience with ITIL framework and KITC. A passion for Resource Planning and operational delivery would be a bonus!
