Hours: Full-Time / Permanent
Salary: Up to £27,000 (Depending on Experience)
About the Role…
We have an exciting new opportunity available for an Apprenticeship Adviser to join our ever-growing Learning and Development team at EG Group! In this role, you will be an ambassador for EG Groups Apprenticeship Academy within the EG Centre of Excellence. Reporting directly to the Head of Learning and Apprenticeship Manager, you will play a key role to aid with all aspects of EG Apprenticeships. This will include working with all business areas to support, develop, evaluate and continually improve own area of responsibility within the EG Apprenticeship offer, utilising the Apprenticeship levy in accordance with the EG Apprenticeship Strategy.
You will drive, monitor and review all learning engagement, in your designated area, to ensure a continuous apprenticeship talent pipeline matches the future capability needs of the business and ensures compliance with internal policy, funding bodies, third party suppliers and all stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities
Support the Apprenticeship Manager to manage the relationship with all relevant external parties including training providers, assessment and quality bodies and government agencies
Engage with EG Apprenticeship Academy and other education providers /agencies to ensure promotion of Apprenticeship opportunities
Help manage department / provider relationship to create the conditions that allow them to perform at their best, promoting their development, and ensuring the provision of an excellent support service
Manage relationship with external professional bodies, promote apprenticeships to fully engage third party suppliers and all stakeholders ensuring a collaborative approach
Influence and build relationships internally and externally, with managers and colleagues, to achieve desired objectives and support high quality service delivery to ensure all participants on programme are involved in pro-active mechanisms that support their development
Routinely generate reporting from engagement / coaching / learning data for Apprenticeship Manager, and other audiences, of the programme, project, initiative, Private Training Provider and third partner organisations
Manage delivery of work within area, in line with relevant policies and procedures, to ensure the agreed KPIs and performance objectives are achieved
Liaise with Site/Area Manager/HR Business Partners, external agencies and third party suppliers to align activity to their needs and support Managers with recruiting, selecting and on-boarding of learners by providing accurate IAG and gathering information from prospective participants ensuring right provision
Contribute to and apply administrative controls and platforms that effectively manage learner experience i.e. Attendance/Reviews/Progress/Achievement/Exit/Interview/Outcomes and portfolio within own designated area
Participate in weekly meetings and generate reporting as required; attend and participate in monthly management meetings and report back regularly cascading all relevant information to team/Site/Area Managers and HR Business Partners as appropriate
Generate reporting as required by Apprenticeship Manager / business for a range of audiences
As and when required to support wider L&D, HR projects / initiatives under guidance of Apprenticeship Manager
Candidate Requirements
Degree, professional qualification or equivalent level by experience, as relevant to the role
Significant experience in area of supplying IAG in a learning context
Ability to analyse and interpret data for a range of purposes
Strong communication skills and the ability to present data and concepts to influence a range of stakeholders
Strong presentation skills across the disciplines of textual, verbal and visual communication to a wide range of audiences to internal / external stakeholders and third party suppliers
Ability to understand business requirements and provide a specialist impartial advice and service
Ability to recognise opportunities for improvement and experience, inputting into process design
