Data Entry & Administration (Scaffolding Services)
Location: Middlesbrough Road east
Working Hrs: You will typically work a 37.5 hr week Mon – Friday 9am to 5pm, although you may need to start early or stay late during busy periods.
Salary: £22,000.00 – £24,000.00 depending on experience
Bonus: Provided upon achievement of KPI’s
Annual Leave entitlement: 28 Days (includes public and bank holidays)
Responsible to: Managing Director and Office Manager
KEY COMPETENCIES
We are looking for a candidate who has practiced administration and data entry, with experience of working in a fast-paced office environment who can perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy in an ever-changing working environment.
Working to agreed deadlines the candidate must collect, process, plan, organise, and prioritise work.
The candidate must be proficient in the relevant computer applications such as MS Office and excel spreadsheets.

Key duties & responsibilities: To enter data from various sources ensuring all scaffold work is documented in excel format and regularly kept updated throughout the day to create relevant output reports for Management.
· Data input onto bespoke in-house systems
· Perform routine monitoring of excel data entries.
· Produce reports on all scaffolding works, and assessment of strips due.
· Maintain records of scaffolding erects for hire assessment charges, within time periods.
· To work on specific tasks, instructions and standards that are explicit to BS Scaffolding.
· Liaising with external clients and resolving any client queries if/when requested to do so.
· Programme work with councils, schools and other.
· Assist Managing Director in producing and disseminating Risk Assessment, Method statements (RAMS) and COSHH Assessments as and when requested to do so.
Skills/Qualifications:
Attention to detail.
Good knowledge and experiencing using Excel and other Microsoft office applications. Preferable obtained qualifications in MS office
Problem solving skills; dependability, active listening, analytical skills, understanding problems and effectively develop solutions.
Flexible approach and adaptability to changing workloads.
Positive attitude and manner with the ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to learn new skills and tasks.
Ability to work as part of a team with excellent communication skills.
