At each Center Parcs village, we have over 1500 colleagues working in a diverse range of roles from Housekeeping and Hospitality, through to Technical Services and Security. We have a 150-garment strong workwear wardrobe, with a range of styles and sizes, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and confident when they are at work.
WORKWEAR ASSISTANT | £10.86 per hour
Reporting to the Village Resourcing Manager and based in the Resourcing Hub this is a key role to ensure both our new and existing colleagues have the correct workwear and feel confident and comfortable when they are at work.
Your role will be to provide support to the wider village to ensure colleagues can place orders via the workwear ordering portal and provide guidance on sizing. You will also assist with any bespoke items through liaising with the providers, Uniform Express, to take specific measurements/requirements to ensure a bespoke garment is ordered. Once the workwear arrives on village, you will ensure timely collection by the relevant department.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support portal users with general enquiries and guidance including password resets
- Acceptance of workwear deliveries, storage, checking delivery notes, documenting as appropriate, and arranging collection by relevant department
- Support with the starters/leavers/Change of Status process, include badge ordering. And act as a village single point of contact for both Uniform Express and our Procurement team
- Facilitate drop-off of leavers’ workwear and coordinate the re-use and/or recycling of these items, as appropriate
- In the absence of the primary approver, act as a back-up for order approvals
- Monitor the workwear email inbox and action, as appropriate
- Ensure that any colleague data is kept secure in line with our Information Security policy
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 48 hours per 4-week period. Hours of work are typically 09:30–15:30, covering Monday to Saturday, on a rota basis and will include some bank holidays.
