Job Description
We have a great opportunity for enthusiastic Legal Administrative Assistants to join our friendly team in Rochdale. Experience would be great, but training can be provided. This is a full time and permanent role.
Based within the Industrial Disease department the main role will be speaking to clients to provide updates and get additional information.
You will also be assisting solicitors and paralegals with their caseloads and within time necessary training will be provided to run your own caseload.
Knowledge of the industry is advantageous, but this is not essential as full training is provided. You must have a good telephone manner and great communication skills.

Key skills and abilities –
- An understanding of Microsoft office and excel
- experience of using Proclaim (desirable)
- Confident telephone manner
- Good level of computer literacy
- Positive attitude
- Able to use initiative and work as a team member
