Here at Winged Boots, we are looking for a charismatic, client focused Personal Travel Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, providing top class customer service and always going the extra mile to meet their needs. Whether it's for Leisure or Corporate journeys it will be your job to create around the world luxury, unique tailor-made holidays that will keep them coming back for more.
This role will involve:
- Being the principal point of contact for all VIP clientele assigned to you
- Managing every stage of the sales, after-sales and travel experience.
- Being available to work as per the client’s requirements
- Securing sales in a customer-focused environment
- Ensuring that all bookings made meet the clients specific and exact requirements
- Communicating with support staff to ensure clear process for booking, invoicing, and ticketing is maintained
- Taking exceptional pride in ensuring that the customers’ needs are always meet and going above and beyond what is required
- Being target and sales focused and activity working to achieve KPI’s and sales targets set
- Using initiative and resourcefulness to identify additional opportunities to sell to existing clients or bring new clients to the Winged Boots business.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the best possible customer experience
To succeed in this role you will need to be passionate about luxury travel and have the finesse and experience to create unforgettable trips. You must be a good listener but also have the knowledge and contacts to make every trip unique for the individual while still hitting all requirements.
You will also need to have:
- Confidence in dealing with clients on all levels
- Discretion and has the utmost respect for client confidentiality
- Ideally be well-travelled
- Significant experience working as a travel consultant within luxury travel
- Excellent telephone manner and high level of customer service skills
- Experience of working to and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s set
- Well established, existing customer relationships who follow them as their personal consultant – not just the brand they work for
- A strong eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be GDS competent
