Tomos Parry and the team at Brat are preparing to open our new Soho restaurant. A historic building on a classic soho street due to open mid summer 2023. An atmospheric wood grill and wine bar, inspired by the ‘sea and hillside’ cooking of Catalan cooking and the Welsh terrior, summers spent eating seafood from the plancha in local fishermans bars and long lunches in vineyards with our favourite winemakers.
Our Soho restaurant will be the accumulation of the last few years working on projects such as direct sourcing of Welsh shellfish, building closer relationships with wine makers and our continued focus on beautiful produce which is in the ground in the morning and on the wood grills in the evening.
We are looking front of house team members to join the opening team. with a passion for great service, produce and local suppliers. As part of the front of house team, you will be running a fast paced section, to ensure on time table turns while maintaining excellent standards.
The right candidate will be confident to lead a section, and comfortable sharing in-depth product knowledge with-our customers. We have a strong ethos on training and development with lots of scope for progression.
