By joining us at The White Horse Wembley, you will be working in a unique environment where one day it's just the locals in for the pub quiz & the next its 90,000 people for a Harry Style's gig at the stadium. You will be a "can do, flexible person" able to adapt quickly & manage a team through a shift to ensure the best service is provided. Using great communication skills & leading from the front you will help us with our goal of providing the high standards our customers demand alongside a warm & inviting atmosphere.
Working 5 out of 7 days, including weekends & evenings, you will be able to make a difference & be involved with the decision making processes that happen regularly to keep up with the ever changing needs of the arena / stadium & local events calendars.
We are looking for someone with a strong level of relevant experience who can slot into an existing team & quickly take control of the shifts they are scheduled to lead. You will also be given areas of responsibility within the role & have the opportunity to join our excellent management training schemes if you are looking to rise through the ranks & eventually run your own pub.
Personality is key, as is the will to succeed & develop others alongside you. Remaining calm in a crisis & being able to manage the odd difficult situation alongside a big team, of mainly part time students, will be part of your role alongside a strong senior management team with lots of experience to share with you.
