Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within NHS Fife for a caring, motivated individual to work as part of the Podiatry team.
You should possess excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to promote high quality person centered care.
Duties will include assisting in nail surgery, undertaking supported wound dressing clinics and supporting the musculoskeletal team with their therapies clinics. Delivery of these sessions will require you to be working across a variety of environments including care homes, clinics, domiciliary and in-patient settings. You will be offered training opportunities and support to enable you to undertake these duties.
You will be required to have experience of working in the clinical environment and use of systems such as SCI-Diabetes, TIARA and TRAK which are required to support delivery and recording of patient care within a service which promotes a paper light approach.
You must have a willingness to engage in life-long learning and will be expected to complete the FRAME training programme within the first 3 months of being with the service. You will be supported with your professional development through support and supervision.
