THE ROLE
Our Deputy Manager role is broken into key areas. These are, growing sales, customer service, operational knowledge, leading & coaching the team, knowing your product & owning the brand. All of these elements are essential for our Deputy Managers to understand and be passionate about whilst assisting in driving the success of the store.
We need someone who is confident engaging with customers, thrives on customer interaction, and able to create a first class service for our customers and colleagues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be results driven and enjoy being “hands on” in the day to day running of your store;
- You will love the customer and want to ensure each person has an amazing experience with TPS;
- You are great at multi-tasking and prioritising tasks daily;
- You will have a strong commercial knowledge and enjoy working to targets;
- and you will have a genuine interest in our products and brands.

Hours per week: 37.5
Contract type: 9 month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £27,000 per annum
