You don’t need any previous experience to become a Support Worker with Sense. We’ll give you full training for our part time and full-time roles.
You will join our amazing residential team at our residential service in Deeping St James 5 minutes away from the town of Market Deeping and Peterborough City Centre 20 minutes away.
This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week. We are offering £10.75 per hour with enhanced rates for overtime.
Shifts vary but generally start around 07.00am with the latest start around 4.30pm. You will be expected to work every other weekend paid at an enhanced rate. This will be discussed with you at interview. Benefits

Here at Sense, we support people with complex disabilities to live the life they choose. Your priority will be empowering the people you support to live an independent life. This role might include supporting people with:
Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning.
Personal care and hygiene.
Finances.
Medication and wellbeing.
Going into the community for shopping or other trips.
Their social life and nightlife.
Please note, this role may include regular sleep-in shifts paid at £50 a night (This means sleeping over at the residence, with the possibility you might have to wake up to provide care in the night.)
