The Midlands region has a vacancy for a Site Management Trainee to be based at our Telford development to assist the Assistant Site Manager and the Site Manager in carrying out their day to day duties.

It is envisaged that you will follow a structured training programme (SMDP), ultimately leading to a NVQ Level 6 in Site Management.
The successful candidate(s) will be self-confident, with good communication skills and strong customer focus.
You should be able to work under pressure, ultimately being able to work in an autonomous and logical way.
The following attributes are desirable:
- Two A levels at Grade A* to C, not including General Studies
- Mathematics, English and Science GCSE Grade A* to C
- Good references from an employer, school or college
- You live within 50 miles of the regional office
- A valid driving licence
