Job Title: Sales Team Lead – Brighton
The Role:
- This is a Player/Coach role which carries both an individual and team sales target
- Support the Team Manager and other Team Leaders to supervise a sales team with diverse talents and responsibilities
- Meet regularly with management to report and plan strategic plans for team objectives
- Fill in for Team Manager in their absence by managing productivity and attending management meetings
- Assist with coaching and mentoring of the team and gives positive constructive feedback
- 1 -2-1 Coaching of team members (4-6 outbound sales reps)
- Supporting and motivating the team to hit key deliverables in line with the team and business needs
- Assist during training sessions

- 1+ years experience as a Player/Coach in an outbound B2B or B2C, high volume, fast paced environment
- Proven ability to develop and improve individuals
- Has strong communication skills

- An enjoyment and desire to hit and exceed targets
- Great organisation and time management skills which you can impart on others
- A creative and consultative mentality
- Enthusiastic and motivated with a 'can do' attitude
- A hands-on approach to change management and a lead-by-example attitude when implementing processes
