We are seeking an innovative and experienced Student Wellbeing Administrator to help manage and support a busy team throughout the admissions cycle from initial enquiry to registration. The role will include regular reporting, monitoring, tracking and analysis of admissions data. This role will also monitor, and seek to improve, customer satisfaction rates within the admissions process and manage working relationships with colleagues in academic areas and across the University. You will need to be familiar with International qualifications and their UK equivalents as well as UKVI Student Route regulations.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Student Wellbeing Administrator

Job Purpose:
The Student Wellbeing Administrator will primarily provide administrative support to the Student Wellbeing Team, enabling students to engage fully with their programmes, access entitlements, and fulfil their potential. This role will lead on all administrative and financial processes relating to the Disabled Students Allowance and other funding.

Main Duties & Responsibilities of the role:
  • To assist with the administration all relevant information record systems
  • To collect, maintain and process financial data through Randstad Agency systems to ensure accurate recovery of DSA rebates
  • To provide administrative support for the Bucks New University Outreach Facility of the WLAC. Acting as first point of contact for students, external assessors and others wishing to engage accurate recovery of WLAC rebates. To maintain student and other records as required
  • To assist in organising administrative duties for the Student Wellbeing Team including organisation of the diary management system for all staff and students
  • To assist in managing and maintaining the student/staff appointment system in collaboration with the constituent parts of the Directorate
  • Coordinate and implement key administrative processes throughout the academic cycle
  • To cover and sign post for other services located in N1.11
  • To operate according to the University’s Data Protection Policy
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested
  • Comply with relevant legislative and other requirements (e.g., the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR; Health and Safety; UKVI; and Equality and Diversity) in all working practices
  • Such other duties temporarily or on a continuing basis, as may reasonably be required.
