The initial application sift will be completed using a statement of suitability (Personal statement), name-blind anonymous CV, three and an environmental protection competence.

The three behaviours we will be using are leadership, communicating and influencing, and managing a quality service. Please refer to the documents attached to this vacancy for further information on the use of success profiles (behaviours) and the environmental protection competency.
Candidates who meet the criteria at sifting stage will be invited to interview in person at the MOD, Abbey Wood North, Bristol. The interview will comprise a series of questions based on the three behaviours used as part of the application process, alongside a question on the environmental protection competency.
The deadline for applications is Monday 12th June. As a rough guide, we hope to complete the initial sift of applications by 26 June, with interviews at the beginning of July.
