Administrator
Salary: £25,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5pm
Location: Hybrid - London, N1 9JY

What you'll be doing;
- Organise company’s day to day operations.
- Provide support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.
- Manage incoming communications, phone and email.
- Managing office equipment.
- Booking meetings and events and arranging travel.
- Raising invoices.
What we're looking for;
- Our ideal candidate has experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary or relevant administrative role
- Highly organised
- Ability to multitask with ease
- Excellent phone and email etiquette
- Previous experience working on Google Workspace would be an advantage.
