In 2017 BA New Build Department started to supply directly to the developer marketplace, we have grown into an established supplier of contract kitchens into the High Rise marketplace.
Role Purpose
- To sell contract kitchens into the High Rise BTR and private sale sector, mostly new business.
- To maximize profitable sales growth by developing new business relationships to increase market share in line with agreed sales plans
- Dealing with Major National Contractors, Architects and Client Specifiers
- To participate as a team member of the new build team in the achievement of its goals proposing suggestions that will grow profitable sales
Location
- The role is field based and the ideal candidate will be based in the Northern Home Counties, to cover both London and the West Midlands
Hours of Work
- 40 hours per week, to be worked Monday to Friday
- Due to this role being an area position, travelling out of working hours and occasional overnight stays away from home will be necessary
Key responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Increase sales and profitable growth in line with Company targets
- Agree set target customers and objectives in line to achieve the sales plan
- Will have freedom to run their area and make sensible business decisions.
- Identify and engaging with potential clients
- Build and maintain long term, productive working relationships with customer base
- Regular interaction with the project team, from initial design through to handover to the onsite project team
- Develop and maintain accurate reporting
- Maintain and develop detailed understanding of competitors
- Promote and secure factory and showroom visits to showcase product and service
Skills, Knowledge and experience: (Essential)
- Contract Kitchen sales experience
- Proven track record of successful, within the developer, BTR, high rise market
- Demonstrate as a self-starter and will self-motivate
- Effective time and account management skills
- Able to prioritize
- IT literate, PowerPoint, Excel and
- Full driving license
Skills, Knowledge and experience: (Desirable)
- Design and planning ability
- Ability to interpret technical specification information
- Someone commercially aware in the high rise market place.
- Technical understanding of kitchen manufacture and design
