This role will support the integrated digital approach to RNIB’s marketing and fundraising campaigns, ensuring that customer engagement and conversion targets are met.
To lead digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution; taking full advantage of the marketing and fundraising budgets to maximise results.
This role can be worked on a remote basis with the requirement of attending our Kings Cross based office up to 1-2 times per month.
What you’ll be doing
Plan and deliver an ‘always on’ digital marketing strategies for RNIB core activities across content, fundraising, services and products that give prominence to the RNIB brand.
Plan and execute digital marketing across a broad range of channels, including paid search, email, display advertising and re-targeting campaigns.
Plan and manage the content marketing strategy for RNIB digital content, ensuring that content marketing plans are aligned with organisational content calendars, working closely with the content and social teams.
What you’ll need to succeed in this role
Advanced knowledge and experience in digital marketing skillsets including email, SEO, campaign management
Testing techniques – e.g. Split testing, MVT, A/B etc
Experience of Digital brand marketing
Strong knowledge of analytics and benchmarking tools.
Proven work experience in digital and ecommerce marketing.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
